Delivery and payment

We ship within the European Union only, insured. Payment is by PayPal (cards accepted without a PayPal account) or bank transfer with a QR code. Your invoice becomes available in your account once we ship.

Right of withdrawal — 14 days

You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. Use the withdrawal button — it is next to every order in your account and also works without signing in. You will receive an e-mail confirming the exact wording of your declaration and the time we received it; keep it as your proof.

• Send the goods back within 14 days of withdrawing.
• We refund within 14 days of receiving them back, or of you showing they were sent — whichever is earlier, by the same means you paid.
• The right does not cover goods made to your specification (resizing, engraving).

The electronic withdrawal function is provided under Directive (EU) 2023/2673, which requires it of shops selling to EU consumers from 19 June 2026.

Complaints

Open a request in your account — you will find the whole conversation there, with our answer. Complaints are settled within 30 days. Disputes may also be taken to the EU ODR platform.
