How to return goods and how to reach us
The two things people need most often. Below is exactly what to click.
Returning goods
You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw, without giving a reason.
1. Press "Withdraw from contract"
Next to every order in My account, or without signing in here using your order reference and e-mail.
2. Check your details
Name and contact are pre-filled. A reason is optional and does not affect your right.
3. Press "Confirm withdrawal"
We show you the exact wording first; only the second button sends it.
4. Keep the confirmation e-mail
It carries the wording and the time we received it. That is your proof.
5. Send the goods back
Within 14 days of withdrawing. Insured shipping is advisable for jewellery and coins.
6. We refund
Within 14 days of receiving them back, by the same means you paid.
Writing to us
In My requests in your account, click Write to us. You get a
reference such as TK-4KQ2; our answer arrives by e-mail and stays in your
account under the same reference.
